 Milton Keynes has one of the largest collections of publicly-sited art works in the country. In the development of the new city careful attention was given to the siting and commissioning of new artworks as a means of creating a sense of place and community, and the commissioning of new work has continued in recent years. There are now over 200 public works in the city.

 A stunning piece of artwork sitting beside Furzton Lake. Triple Starhead 1987-93 was displayed at Goodwood from 1994 to 1998, and then exhibited outside the British High Commission in Ottawa, Canada, before being returned to Milton Keynes.

UCMK: The Atrium Gallery
 The Atrium Gallery is an established exhibition facility on the ground floor of the Bletchley campus, showing the work of former and current students, staff and invited artists from the region.
