HTA Architects and Maccreanor Lavington Architects are the design team for Campbell Park. The artist designed screen panels feature across the majority of the development, with the exception of the two blocks of Keys Court and Torcs House overlooking Avebury Boulevard.

Milton Keynes Arts Strategy was adopted on 15th July 2008. The strategy sets out Milton Keynes Councils commitment to the arts for the next 5-years (2008-2013).
