Milton Keynes Council Plan Edition 2008. WThe annual Council Plan explains how services are doing, how we aim to improve in the future and how we aim to meet our Council Priorities. 2007/08 is the last year in which Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPIs) data is being collected. BVPIs are being replaced with the new National Indicator set from 1 April 2008 so performance from 2008/09 will be covered by these new arrangements. Below is the Appendix to the Council Plan listing all the BVPIs and other PIs measuring our performance for 2007/08. The rest of the the Council Plan Edition 2008 will be published shortly.

2007/08 end of year performance against BVPIs, LPSA and local indicators - 2007/08 is the last year in which Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPIs) are being collected. 2008/09 New 198 National Indicators - as from April 2008 we will be collecting against a new set of 198 National PIs. BVPIS and PAF indicators will cease although we may continue to collect some as local indicators. The government are currently consulting with us on the clarity of definition, methodology, frequency and data source. 2007/08 BVPI Guidance - Dec 2007 version - 2007/08 guidance was first published in July 2007 but a further update was released in December 2007 and is attached.There have been some deletions and changes to some PIs so please check your PI for any changes.
