'Culture' is a term that means different things to different people.
Cultural participation is where people of all backgrounds come together with shared interests and passions. Together with the environment in which cultural activities take place, culture includes all the things that define our lives, connect our communities and us and represent the values we pass on to other generations.
The project comprises the re-landscaping of existing public open space in Emerson Valley to create four sports pitches one with limited floodlighting and a baseball pitch with cage and is supported by a two storey pavilion building with adjacent car parking and associated external works. Passport to Leisure Scheme
The Passport to Leisure Scheme provides residents of Milton Keynes with discounted to a variety of leisure facilities in the Milton Keynes area. The scheme is aimed at anyone who is registered with the employment service, youth adult training scheme, students, over 60's, or people in receipt of working tax credit and other benefits. Application forms are available from all participating facilities, council offices, libraries and housing offices.
