Community Liaison and partners such as the Thames Valley police hosted a celebration of the end of the "Year of Localities" on June 28th. The celebration was held in the Parks Trust Pavillion on Campbell Park.
Those attending heard about the triumphs of "Going Local" achieved in the last year. The event closed with a performance from the Campbell Park Community Choir.
A calendar of some of the best events in the year was distributed to all attendees (see picture to left). The next "Year of" is for culture and will run until the end of June of 2008.
