The average adult receives over 18kg of junk mail each year.
You can stop junk mail coming through your letterbox by registering with the Mailing Preference Service and opting out of the Royal Mail's Door-to-door service.

Run out of pink recycling sacks?
We provide one roll of 52 sacks per year but if you're a keen recycler this may not be enough. If you need more there are lots of places across MK where you can pick up a free roll.

Milton Keynes residents now have a choice of three subsidised compost bins. The bins are available from £17 with free delivery, direct to your door.

The Recycling Team have re-launched the nappy cash-back scheme; increasing the reward to parents who use real nappies.

The cash-back payment has risen to £35 or £40 to those on benefits.
