Change, particularly the pace of change, is a feature of modern day life that affects us all. Few sectors of the workplace are not concerned with predicting future needs, reviewing working practices - seeking the means to stay in business or improve services to the increasing demands of the society they serve. HLTA Status

Training and assessment for HLTA status has been available since April 2004. There are now 50,000 HLTAs across the country. In Milton Keynes we have 92 HLTAs working in our schools. There are others working towards HLTA status through the preparation and assessment route or as a lead on from the Foundation Degree.
